Swimwear Catalog Site
A proposed catalog website interface design for a fictional swimwear company.
CLIENT
Corfu Swimwear​

A fictional swimwear company that sells women’s, men’s and children’s swimwear year-around online and in physical stores.

CLIENT NEEDS
Corfu needs to reach clients who are unable to access the store locations, or who prefer the online shopping experience.
They need a website that displays their complete product line in an easily navigable catalog format as well as portraying their brand: fun-in-the-sun next to water.

SOLUTION
The proposed website prototype that I created for this fictional company features a lively splash page involving a prominent call-to-action to “shop the collection,” among other attractions, posts and links.
I also mocked up an “our story” page where the company discusses their mission and story.
Lastly and most importantly, I created a catalog page featuring thumbnail images and links to women’s “best sellers,” and an individual item page that shows details for one particular swimsuit.
I used design conventions and patterns appropriate for an online store featuring a product catalog, and implemented strong grid structure and page layout principles.
